XMVoice Introduces Predictive Dialing

September 8th, 2009

MXVoice is introducing a new technology that will change
the way you take advantage of your telemarketing forever.

Predictive dialing is an automated dialing software that
pre-loads a database of names and numbers so that client
after client is reached in a fraction of the time.

- This tool can increase response by 30 times due to increased
  productivity.

- No more agent fatigue from dialing.

- Automation keeps the agent focused on the message.

The predictive dialer monitors the answers to the calls
it places, detecting how the calls it makes are answered.
It discards unanswered calls, busy numbers, disconnected
lines, answers from fax machines, answering machines and
similar automated services, and only connects calls answered
by people to waiting sales representatives. It frees
agents from the task of manually dialing telephone numbers
and subsequently listening to ring tones, unanswered or
unsuccessful calls.

Imagine the increased productivity your rep can get when
dialing a large amount of phone numbers becomes automatic.
This saves a tremendous amount of time over dialing each
client one at a time. The rep can easily stay alert and
focused by letting the automation do the manual work.

Increased telemarketing productivity is directly linked
to increased revenue. Manual dialing time can eat up valuable
resources. This fantastic software resource will give your
business the boost it needs in the telemarketing arena.
By the end of the week we will give you all the information
you’ll need to harness this powerful tool for yourself.

Be ready to take your business to the next level of automation.

Voice Broadcasting: In Life and in Business, We’re All Farmers

June 10th, 2009

Some of us grow families, some of us grow careers and some of us grow our own businesses. All of us grow something.

Growing anything, whether it’s a business or a vegetable garden, requires the right ingredients, the right actions and the right timing.

Good seeds, healthy soil, and proper care and conditions are what bring you an abundant harvest in terms of increased sales and revenue in your business.

In business, your seeds are your leads. These are what turn into customers, which in turn become your harvest – your sales.

You’ll need a way to spread your seeds to a wide audience and in a cost-effective manner keeping in mind that the more seeds you plant, the greater your harvest will be.

How’s your marketing? How many eyes and ears are receiving your offer? Are you really getting yourself out there or are you just playing with marketing – ‘toying’ with it?

If you really want to succeed, you’ll need to reach as many people as possible as quickly as possible.

This is usually very expensive with most marketing approaches… except one: voice broadcasting.

Voice broadcasting allows you to transmit your offer to hundreds, thousands or even millions of prospects via telephone very quickly and responsively for a little over a penny per connected call.

It wasn’t always like this. It used to cost 12 to 15 cents per call, whether completed or not. But thanks to advances in technology, the cost has come way down, making voice broadcasting one of the world’s most cost-effective and responsive means of advertising.

So, when you’re tending to your business and hoping for a great harvest, remember to plant seeds – lots of them – as quickly as possible and in a low-cost manner.

If you’d like to learn more about voice broadcasting, I have an extensive training course available that will teach you the ins and outs of generating unlimited, exclusive leads for life so that you never have a shortage of customers. It’s called ‘The Magic Button Lead Generation System.’ It’s simple and effective.

And, it won’t cost you hundreds of dollars to learn my system of generating customers for life – it will only cost $39.95; and for a limited time, I am including 50,000 free, targeted leads for you to ‘plant.’ That’s a lot of seeds! In addition, I will be giving you $100 in free dials, so you can try it out and see the results for yourself and watch your business grow before you make any investment other than into your training itself.

To learn more, please watch my video demo at http://MagicButtonSystem.com.

Wishing you a plentiful harvest!

How Voice Broadcasting Can TRIPLE Your Internet Marketing Profits

May 12th, 2009

When it comes to boosting Internet sales there are few tools as powerful as voice broadcasting.

As Internet marketers, we have far more daily tasks to accomplish than most people realize. But, like everyone else, we still only have a limited number of hours in each day to accomplish these tasks. So, it is essential that we make the most of the time we have.

There are two main ways to leverage our time — one is by hiring others to do work on our behalf; and the other is to make our time more efficient and effective by applying the right marketing tools.

The mainstays of Internet marketing have traditionally been pay-per-click advertising, search engine optimization and email marketing. All three can be effective to greater or lesser extents depending on a variety of factors. However, they often fall short of delivering the kind of targeted traffic we need.

Many online marketers struggle with average levels of success, wondering why, after taking many marketing courses and buying every marketing tool, system and software in the book, they still can’t raise the ceiling on their current level of income.

Let’s look at the tools they’re using:

PAY-per-click

The emphasis here is on the word PAY, as if you don’t know what you’re doing, you are REALLY going to pay — big-time! PAY-per-click advertising has, in all likelihood, FAILED more Internet marketers than it has helped!

Google is constantly changing the rules of the game, making it ever more difficult to succeed at a low cost, while other PPC services like Microsoft adCenter just don’t deliver enough targeted traffic in a cost-effective manner. Thus, many marketers end up losing their shirts trying PPC advertising and soon quit in frustration. Perhaps you know this all-too-well from personal experience even after taking all the latest PPC courses.

SEO does not equal sales

Search engine optimization works, but it has major drawbacks. For one, it usually takes months to get ranked high enough to make a difference in your traffic. The competition for high-traffic keywords is fierce. And, few people really understand how to do effective SEO properly. It is also time-consuming, very much “hit or miss” at the mercy of the latest search engine algorithms, and if you rank high for a keyword, it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s a ‘buying’ keyword — so even with the added traffic, it may not improve your sales one bit.

Email marketing black hole

Email marketing and autoresponders will always work to some extent, but they are not nearly as effective as they once were.

Email is losing more and more of its punch as people end up deleting or ignoring anything that looks even remotely like a sales message. Many people nowadays only provide their “junk” email address to download your latest free downloads, so they’ll never get your marketing messages. And many legitimate marketing messages get caught up in spam filters, never to reach their intended targets. It’s like they get sent right into a giant black hole.

All three of these standard Internet marketing practices have their place, but they all fall short of driving unlimited, pre-qualified leads to your offer at a low cost.

What has consistently produced a ROI for marketers is a technology that has been around for many years, but which has been used primarily by mega-marketers and corporations with huge marketing budgets due to its high cost – Voice Broadcasting. However, due to recent advances in technology, the cost of using voice broadcasting has come way down and is now one of the most cost-effective ways Internet marketers can boost sales.

Voice broadcasting is the means by which you can send a pre-recorded voice message out to hundreds, thousands, or even millions of prospects or current customers within minutes.

If you’re communicating with your current list of customers, they will love how well you keep in touch with them with special offers, invites to special events, tips on getting the most out of products or services you’ve sold them in the past and more.

If you’re sending a voice broadcast out to new prospects, there are many benefits to using voice broadcasting. Here are just a few of the many benefits:

1. Instant results: Within a minute or two you can have your phone ringing off the hook with hot prospects eager to learn more about whatever you’re offering. And with such immediate feedback, you can quickly tweak and improve any campaign so it gets better and better results.

2. Rejection free calling (no cold calling): Only those who are interested in your offer will press 1 for more information. Otherwise, those who answer are invited to press a number on their keypad to be immediately removed. So, say goodbye to rejection! You don’t need to speak with anyone unless you want to.

3. Flexible: You can send people directly to your offer page URL, to a live person or to your voicemail. When a prospect presses 1 for more information, they are immediately transferred to the destination you choose.

4. Low cost: For as low as 1.2 cents per completed call, you can have your phone ringing off the hook with targeted, pre-qualified prospects who are already presold on your offer.

5. Easy & hassle-free: In less than 10 minutes you can create and send a personalized voice message to hundreds, thousands or even millions of prospects. Within 2-3 minutes your phone will start ringing with targeted, pre-qualified prospects. These prospects can be either directed to a live person or forwarded to a longer voice message to learn more about your offering and to leave their contact information. Don’t like your own voice? No worries. Many voice broadcasting companies can provide you with professional voice talent to record your message for you.

6. High response rates: The response rates of voice broadcasting are traditionally higher than email and other forms of marketing. With the right targeted list and compelling message, some voice broadcasters see response rates as high as 3%-6% of their “live answers” pressing 1 and leaving their name and number for more information. Do the math. Even if you were to pay 5 cents per completed call, that would still be a very inexpensive hot lead. Results will vary, but with the right voice broadcasting company you’ll be coached in exactly how to get the highest possible response rates.

7. Unlimited prospects: People are constantly requesting more information about various businesses, products and services. Lists of these people are available for you to purchase, often at a low cost.

In addition to all these benefits, with instant data tracking you can see how many people answered live, how many voicemail messages were left, how many no answers and busy signals you received, and how many people pressed 1 for more information.

And by tying a voicemail account into email, you can instantly receive all voicemail messages as email attachments that you just ‘click and play’ through your computer.

It is quite a thrill to see your email inbox fill up with hot, targeted prospects that just left you a voicemail message within just 2-3 minutes of sending your broadcast.

By leveraging your time with voice broadcasting, you can effectively triple your profits in several ways: You can drive a ton of low-cost traffic to your offer. You will be using a medium known to produce higher response rates. You will be freeing up money wasted on other marketing avenues that were not producing a return on your investment. You will be freeing up your time to focus on other money-making activities such as strategizing, arranging joint ventures, creating new offers, developing new products and upsells, and more.

Using voice broadcasting, it is very easy to conceivably triple or even quadruple your profits very rapidly.

While there are so many potential benefits to using the right voice broadcasting service, there are also some potential detriments — if you go with the wrong service.

Some ‘low-cost’ voice broadcasting firms are more like ‘fly by night’ companies with unstable, limited or problematic systems. To make matters worse, they often nickel-and-dime you to death on the back end, which is where they make all their money. So make sure there are no ‘hidden’ costs. Other firms require that you pay high upfront costs — hundreds of dollars even — just for the ‘privilege’ of using their service. That’s in addition to their ongoing monthly fees and their per call charges!

To ensure you have the best possible experience with voice broadcasting, choose a company that is well-established with solid, stable systems and great customer support.

Internet Marketers (Finally) Discover The Power of Voice Broadcasting

May 4th, 2009

Despite dramatic downturns in the global economy, a large segment of successful, Internet marketing entrepreneurs continues to generate increasing revenues through online sales.

These Internet marketers use a variety of advertising — from in-house affiliate programs to pay-per-click advertising — to get the word out about their offerings.

One of the latest and fastest growing trends among Internet marketers is the use of voice broadcasting technology. Voice broadcasting lets an Internet marketer leverage his or her time and advertising dollars far more effectively.

Using voice broadcasting, one is able to make 20,000 or more phone calls in just a few minutes — leaving ‘live’ messages with those who answer the phone live or different messages if a voicemail message is reached.

Internet marketers are quickly discovering that the response rate from using Voice Broadcasting as a means of advertising is extremely high. Some of our clients find they are seeing response rates averaging  3-6% or more. Compare this with traditional e-mail marketing that usually comes in much, much lower.

Clearly, voice broadcasting is proving itself to be one of the most effective means of promoting products and services to a broad range of targeted prospects in a way that is highly complementary to Internet marketing — and, it works in almost every niche. In fact, as a standalone advertising medium, it outshines most traditional Internet marketing approaches, while allowing a marketer to put their promotion on virtual autopilot.

In addition, Internet marketers are finding that voice broadcasting allows them to communicate with their customer list far more effectively. As such, voice broadcasting has become the ideal tool for improving customer relations and for boosting profits.

A good rule of thumb is — if you get 100 people interested in your product by e-mail, you’ll get 10,000 interested by phone. If you get 10,000 interested by phone, you’ll get 100,000 interested in person. The problem is, face-to-face meetings aren’t usually the easiest or most cost-effective to arrange, so the next best choice is by phone; and voice broadcasting is the fastest, easiest, and most cost-effective way to leverage one’s time using the phone.

For instance, if you wanted to make 10,000 calls to customers or prospects, it would take you six months at 50 calls per day to accomplish this. Compare this with 10,000 crystal clear calls made in under 10 minutes using voice broadcasting — with instant responses hitting your telephone or voicemail account.

By recording two short voice messages — one for a live answer and one for a voicemail pickup — you can immediately invite your current customers to participate in a special event, or to take advantage of a limited-time special offer, or up-sell them to a higher version of something they already purchased. You can also check in with them to see if they need any additional support with a new product or service they just purchased.

Mind you, not all voice broadcasting companies are alike. Many miss the mark in areas of reliability, customer service, cost and functionality. To be sure you are using the right voice broadcasting company, make sure they are priced under 4 cents per completed call, have reliable systems that work as claimed, do not nickel-and-dime you with hidden costs, and offer superior customer service and support.

All-in-all, it makes sense that Internet marketers are finally using voice broadcasting to improve their sales and customer relationships. The question is — what took them so long?

Wow!

Our XM Voice survey has been an astounding success that has exceeded my expectations!

Thank you so much for making this possible.  Your feedback is priceless to us at XM Voice!

Your feedback helps us serve you better in many ways…

1. You tell us how to best price our products and services.
2. You let us know exactly what products and services interest you and which ones do not.
3. You educate us on exactly what problems you are facing or concerns you have and give us a chance to resolve them for you.
4. You tell us what you need instead of us guessing, so when we do provide solutions for you, they are “spot on.”
5. You save us time, energy and money that would be wasted in directions that you have little or no interest in.
6. You allow us to continually evolve and improve our offerings to best suit your needs.
7. You allow us to get to know you better, and as you, our customers and friends, are our most valued resource, nothing is more important to us than your opinion and building a lasting relationship with you based on service, trust and mutual respect.

Below are some of the results from our survey, and some of your responses, quite frankly, surprised me!

Many of your questions will be answered in our next teleseminar, which you will be personally invited to attend when that is announced.

Your questions and comments will also be ‘replied to’ through the creation of new XM Voice! products that we’ll be rolling out in the weeks and months ahead.

I think you’ll be very pleased with what we’ll be offering!

Here are a few of our survey results:

70% didn’t realize we offer Virtual Assistant services through our partner
61.5% have used other voice broadcasting companies in the past
73.3% expressed some sort of interest in outsourcing

A Great Question

Someone asked a great question during the survey and I’d like to answer it here for everyone, as I think it’s probably a common question:

” What is more effective for selling a business opportunity: Voicemail/answering machine delivery, live answer or the natural result combination?”

Here’s how I’d answer this…

This is actually the number one question that I am always asked. And quite frankly it should be. This can really determine the success of your campaign. We generally drive most of our clients to take a blended approach the first time out (machine and press one). But once you get past your first run we always suggest running a ‘press one’ only campaign. This will increase your response rate by nearly 600%. We know that most people don’t respond to answering machine messages, so why waste your money? The only time that you would want to leave messages on answering machines is if you wanted to simply leave a personal message from you to your client base on their answering machine.

Once again, your feedback is invaluable. Your responses have shown me that you have some really great suggestions for helping us improve our services in a broad way, and I will be putting those suggestions into action.

If you’ve participated in our survey, you should have already received your copy of the Magic Button System and your 50,000 free leads. If you have not received them for some reason, please send an e-mail to dembers@xmvoice.com so we can get those sent to you right away.

If you have missed taking our survey, you can still purchase my Magic Button System for $39.95. Included with the Magic Button System is $100 in free calls and a free custom lead list of 50,000 numbers www.magicbuttonsystem.com.

We’re sorry you missed this offer and hope you’ll be able to take advantage of it next time, should we make it available again.

As always, if you have any additional questions or comments for us, you may e-mail me at any time. My personal e-mail is dembers@xmvoice.com.

The best way for you to submit your most important Voice Broadcasting and Virtual Assistant questions is through this blog.

I’m looking forward to you joining us on our upcoming teleseminar where I will introduce you to a very special blueprint that will show you step-by-step how to achieve $10k or more per month using Voice Broadcasting — even in a lousy economy.

Sincerely,

Doug Embers

Voice Broadcasting-Three Ways To Do It

April 20th, 2009

Have you thought about what types of calls you want to use in your voice broadcasting campaign? Do you even know what your options are? There are three types and most voice broadcasting companies offer some but not all three. Make sure you’re working with a voice broadcasting company that offers all of the following choices:
Machine Only Messages
Live Messages
Live Transfer or Press One Option

Machine only message calls deliver your message only when an answering machine picks up. These messages typically offer the listener something irresistible, tell them how to take action to receive that offer, and provide a phone number to call.

With the machine only message, it’s best to record the voice broadcast message in your own voice so it leaves the impression that you made the call yourself. It’s more personal. These types of calls work well with an established customer base who will appreciate your call as good customer service.

A good voice broadcasting company will be able to help you with writing a great script too. Even though you’ll record the message in your own voice, you’ll be delivering a professionally scripted message.

In contrast, live message calls deliver your message only when a live person answers the call. The voice broadcasting system has to be able to detect the difference between a machine pickup and a live person.

With the live message calls, it’s still a good idea to record the voice broadcast message in your own voice to give that personal touch to the call. It will be obvious that you’re not actually on the line, but at least it will be you conveying your own message.

The live transfer option offers the person who answers the call the option to press one to be connected to a live person. This option works in conjunction with live message calls. Within your voice broadcast message, you’ll make an offer, and then tell the listener to press one to speak to a live person about your offer.

This option can be a boon to your voice broadcasting campaign. Giving the call answerer the option to connect with a live person immediately, increases overall response rates as much as 600% or more. That’s huge!

Most voice broadcasting campaigns combine at least two types of calls. This kind of blended campaign provides you with the best of all worlds. The call goes out. If a machine answers, the message with the offer, call to action, and phone number is left. If a live person answers, the message is delivered with the live transfer option. This is the way to work it.  My personal favorite is live transfer only.  I will get into this in a future report.

At XMVoice!, we pride ourselves on being able to furnish our customers with the best possible success scenario. We offer all three types of calls, and we can help you confidently execute a blended campaign. We’re ready to be your success partner, so put us to work for you.

Voice Broadcasting - Killer Attributes

April 6th, 2009

I’d like to continue our discussion of important attributes to look for in your voice broadcasting company. We’ve examined and made a case for the importance of great scriptwriting services, up-to-date, targeted call lists, and a voice broadcasting company that is a full-service expert in the field.

To achieve a successful voice broadcasting partnership, I recommend looking for a company who can also meet the following requirements:
Is an established voice broadcaster
Provides extended business hours
Offers the option of profiting from reselling

Now what does all that mean for you? Why are these attributes important? Well, starting with the first point, remember to reflect on the reviews and recommendations you’re getting from clients that the voice broadcasting company has helped in the past.

You need a partner who is experienced, who has ironed out the kinks in the process, has been around the block a few times, and knows the terrain of a successful voice broadcasting campaign. Look for a track record that provides confidence in a higher probability of success.

As for the extended hours, believe me, when you need help, the time of day will be irrelevant to you. You need help when you need it; not just if it’s convenient for your voice broadcasting partner. Remember that many campaigns are run during off-business hours. What if you run into a glitch or need help? You’re paying good money, and a call campaign is on a tight and rigid schedule. You get one shot. Make it count. Be sure your partner is committed to being there when you need them.

You may not have thought about the opportunity afforded by reselling. How about it? Easy money can be made by sharing the facts of your success with others who are interested in producing their own voice broadcasting campaign. You will naturally want to tell other business owners about your success, and in doing so, why not make yourself a little profit? All you need to do is steer your business colleagues toward your voice broadcasting partner, and let them follow the path to success. Check out our reseller program for more information.

Voice Broadcasting: Three Imperatives

March 30th, 2009

Are you ready to take action on a voice broadcasting campaign? Are you sure? Do you know which company can offer you the best of what you need? Do you know exactly what you need from your voice broadcasting company?

Let’s boil it down and hone in on precisely what you need from a voice broadcasting company. There are three primary attributes you must have:

Great scriptwriting services
Up-to-date, targeted call lists
Full-service experts

The importance of a stellar script cannot be overemphasized. Think about it. You have only seconds to capture your listener’s attention and get them interested. These are critical moments for your business. This cannot be a hit or miss scenario. The voice broadcast message has to be clear and instantly ensnaring. The script must be tight, and the recording must be sharp.

Equally important to the actual message you’ll broadcast are the call lists that you’ll use for your voice broadcast campaign. Top quality lists can be a challenge for some voice broadcasting companies, so make sure to do your research here. No matter how great your message is, calling the wrong people will get you nowhere.

The third attribute that I want you to focus on as you pick the right company for you is expertise, top-notch position in the voice broadcasting field. Don’t go for the inexperienced here. You need the big guns on your side. You can tell an expert voice broadcasting company by the full range of services it offers. Make sure you are working with a company that will do more than just broadcast your call. You must have a winning partner in this game.

How do you know if the voice broadcasting company you are considering cuts the mustard on all three of these imperative attributes? Ask for references. The successful clients of a successful voice broadcasting company will be so excited about the success they gained, they will exuberantly recommend the company they worked with. It will be easy to distinguish the great companies from the good ones just by the hot references vs. the tepid ones.

And of course you need all this at a reasonable price. On the bright side, I can recommend XMVoice! We meet these three criteria, and we offer it all at reasonable prices. We’re ready to be your success partner, so put us to work for you.

Voice Broadcasting: Give Away Something for Free

March 18th, 2009

One of the best things about voice broadcasting is its simplicity. You set it up and the customers call you. It’s one of the easiest ways to generate business.

Of course, the success of a voice broadcasting campaign relies on how well the campaign is planned. To get the response you want out of voice broadcasting, take some time to think about and plan exactly what your campaign will offer. Your goal to is move the listener to call your company or press one. What can you offer them that will get them to do just that?

The best offer your voice broadcast message can make will be something that motivates desire in the listener. That’s what makes your company’s phones ring. Then it’s up to your phone representatives to convert those calls into sales. Every call that your voice broadcast campaign motivates is your potential sale.

While your offer needs to be valuable enough to move the listeners to call, it also needs to be something that is not a big cost to your company to fulfill. You want to be very sure that when you receive the flood of calls sparked by your voice broadcast message, fulfilling the offer doesn’t crush your profits.

Planning for this balance can be, in part, achieved through using specifically targeted call lists. Before activating your voice broadcast campaign, you want to make sure that the campaign’s message is reaching the right people, the highest possible percentage of whom will respond to your voice broadcast message not only because they want what you are offering for free just for calling, but who are also interested in buying your company’s product or service.

You may be wondering why you need to be offering something free at all. Let me tell you, in my experience with voice broadcasting, some of the most successful campaigns have included free offers. But these campaigns have been well-planned to ensure that the fulfillment of the free offer still produces profitable conversion of callers to customers. That’s the end goal.

So, provide an attractive free offer in your voice broadcasting message. Make it attractive enough to get people to call your company back. And, be sure that you’ve crunched the numbers and know that the free offer will allow your voice broadcast campaign to ring in profits.

Meeting the criteria of ensuring profit even with the cost of the giveaway has worked great for us, and we know it can do the same for your business. Put us to work for you.
